Maria is an amazing real estate agent. We moved from NYC to Florida and randomly booked a few showings with her when we were first considering the move. She was not pushy at all and carefully listened to our needs. We saw about 12 places with her before finding the perfect spot. We then had to fly back to NY and she even went to the place herself and FaceTimed us in order to accommodate the purchase.

She is one of the best in the business especially compared to the ones we have used in NYC. Thank you for helping us find our dream home in Aventura, Maria!

As a Christian couple we were looking for a realtor that would be honest and ethical while at the same time being proactive and diligent in finding/ closing a deal for our apartment.

Maria fit these qualities to a tee. We honestly could not be happier with our experience in working with her.

Amazing job all around. I tried to work with 4 different brokers until I met Maria. None of the other brokers were as responsive, thorough or knowledgeable as Maria who was able to find the most beautiful spaces and the best prices. Maria not only found the best listings, she was able to schedule every single one in the same day, and when it came time to negotiate, she effortlessly guided me through the whole process. 6 different people put bids on the same place, but with Maria’s guidance, I was awarded the lease!!!!

Maria is a genuine human being. I started to know her via email asking few question about a house in 2018. She answered my email back in such a kindly and timely manner that we decided to get in touch with her in 2019 when my husband and I decided to purchase a house. Maria is an excellent professional. She came and saw the apartment as we had it empty she managed to have a photographer take excellent pictures. She virtually furnished the apartment so you could see the pictures empty and with furniture. Always responsive and with good advice analyzing comparables to get to a price with which we were satisfied and sold in about a month. Highly recommended.
